Most of the students who get their education in Harare are always in search of flights to Harare Zimbabwe while coming back from their homes during vacations. The education year of Harare is the same like many other countries which is from January to December.

However, the education front was under threat when most of the teachers were on strike during year 2000 because of low pays and on the other side students were also unable to focus on their education so most of them were back to their homes initially and many of the educational institutes were closed, but by the year 2002 many of the issues settled down and students booked their cheap flights to Harare to resume their education. This was made possible by new government and now according to inflation, the pays for teachers are also increased and government is focusing more on education sector by increasing educational budget.
